Rachel and Max wanted to keep their wedding day simple, with the focus on the two of them and their families. How’d they do it? For starters, by booking the Woolverton Inn so they could enjoy the ease of staying in place over the weekend.
The ceremony was set outside and the historic Inn was their backdrop on a spectacular October day. They didn’t have to worry about the logistics of getting from place to place, and the ceremony flowed right into a cocktail hour under the towering trees. An energetic reception followed in the recently renovated Northridge Barn.
They opted out of a full wedding party which left them with plenty of time to enjoy their family portraits, and their couple’s portraits. I whole-heartedly recommend their approach of building extra time buffers into the schedule. It makes the day less stressful, with more time to connect with the people you love, and that makes capturing wedding photos about emotion, connection and love feel effortless!
