I’ve always thought elopements are special, but this one was magical.

I had a few phone conversations with Bonnie & Eduardo, who were planning their elopement from Virginia. They were thrilled to share just how happy they were to have found each other at this moment in their lives, and so excited to be married. The views of the Delaware from the secluded garden of the Bridgeton House on the Delaware was the perfect backdrop for two self-proclaimed “water people”.

To exchange vows with each other and no one else, seemed to me, the essence of a deep love and respect for one another. It was an honor to be invited to witness that moment. Thank you, Bonnie & Eduardo for sharing your day with me!
