I was thrilled to photograph Yu and Brian’s elopement at the Hunterdon County Courthouse! Elopements are fun and exciting because they’re often very last minute. In the world of weddings, nine months ahead can feel “last minute.” It seemed that fate had a hand in bringing Yu, Brian and I together. The stars aligned and I had a rare May Saturday date open on my calendar. We made all the arrangements to work together over the course of 24 hours.
We decided that two hours of coverage would be just right for covering their elopement ceremony, signing of the official documents in the Clerk’s Office, family portraits and a short drive to their brand new home.
