As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what I am doing to care for clients during this time.
The plan is as follows:
Working remotely, connecting digitally: I continue to work normal business hours and have the resources and tools I need to do my job remotely. This includes client consultations, album design, and event planning consultations – all of which we can do via video and online channels.
Your health comes first: Time tested advice that still holds true: wash your hands, socially distance, and follow best practices to protect the health and wellbeing of yourself, your family, and our community at large. If you have any concern at all, I invite you to reschedule with me at your earliest convenience.
Taking care of one another: I am available to answer your questions about rescheduling events, contract questions, and vendor concerns. Even if you have a general wedding or photography session question, please reach out!
Clients with scheduled sessions: I am very excited to be working with you! During this unprecedented time, I have waived the four month required rescheduling window for weddings and events. If you need to reschedule your event or portrait date, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I will remain as flexible as I can in rescheduling with you. Dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you can reschedule, the more flexibility I’ll have in accommodating new dates.
Community building: This is an uncertain time for all of us, especially those of us running small businesses. In an effort to help my fellow small business owners I am offering a complimentary 1 hour small business photo session. Maybe you need product shots as you move more sales online, a fresh headshot for social media, or photos of your space. This is a way I can help you build your business during this slowdown. (*A quick consultation will be necessary to ensure we maintain proper social distancing recommendations.)
In addition to these steps, I will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing my part to stop the spread of this disease.
I will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to this action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of my clients and community are of utmost importance to me and will continue to guide me as we navigate the road ahead together.
Thank you for your support of my business—I am truly grateful.
