I first met Kacey at Euphoria Studio in Frenchtown, NJ. (She is an incredibly talented esthetician there, and receiving a facial from her is a heavenly experience that I highly recommend!) I’m sure we’ve known each other since at least 2011.
We always shared a bit about our families during those moments in the spa, and one time she excitedly told me that she had referred me to photograph her brother and brother-in-laws’ wedding, which I was then so lucky to capture.
From that moment on, Kacey often mentioned that she hoped when she found her soulmate, I’d be there to photograph her wedding day. I assured her that nothing would make me happier. All she had to do was find her person, and let me know.
And then one day, I got the message: “I’m engaged! I hope you’re available to photograph our day!” Seriously guys, this is the stuff we photographers dream of.
